Black swan pond

Our fountain has become a masterpiece in ice and the animals are having fun. The water fountain in our black swan pond has created a very interesting shape, but despite becoming frozen over the water is still spurting out and we think it will grow even bigger.

The pond, which is located just inside the entrance, is home to a pair of black swans and various ducks.

Despite the cold weather, some of the animals are still venturing outside. Amur leopards come from the far east of Russia so are well built for coping with cold conditions and ours is certainly happy playing in the snow.
