Marwell Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2011 Winners
We are pleased to announce the winners of our second annual photography competition. To view the winning entries please click on the video below. ‘Gannet landing’ taken by David Cantrille of Dorset, fought off tough competition to scoop first prize. Whilst our overall junior winner was 12-year-old Tim Bramall with his Native Wildlife picture of a Macrolepiota procera.
The photos were judged by a panel of experts including Editor of BBC Wildlife magazine Sophie Stafford. We received just shy of 1,000 submissions from around the UK, all hoping to be the one to successfully fulfill the brief and capture a striking image.
