VISIT THIS HALF TERM FOR A WHOLE HOST OF FAMILY FUN

HalloweenHave a hauntingly good time this Halloween with our packed programme of things to do.

Meet our mini beasts, be enthralled by spooky storytelling with our resident witch and uncover Marwell's spooky past with the mysteries of Marwell talk.

Bring in your pumpkin or buy one for carving in our craft tent.

This fun-filled half term Marwell has it all – it’s so much more than just a walk in the park!

Animal Enrichment and Bug Encounters

Meerkat in a pumpkinBetween 11am and 3pm daily, meet and learn about forest floor dwellers such as the Madagascan hissing cockroach and giant thorny stick insect at our bug encounters!

Watch as the animals are given pumpkins filled with their daily foods and learn how they use their natural instincts to explore and find it.

PLUS it’s not just the animals that are enjoying festive enrichment. This year at our Critter Close Up sessions, we're allowing guests to be brave and taste test from a selection of bugs! From edible crickets to edible ants and worms, there’s something for everyone! (subject to availability)
