Story Telling - Animal Adventures in Africa

Mon 27th - Fri 31st October (half term holiday)

2.00 pm - 'Giraffe Rescue'
(Suitable for children 4-8 years)
How could we offer African animal stories without having everybody's favourite African animal, the giraffe? Hunters and poachers try and take animals from the wild but in this story the animals fight back with the help of a lonely giraffe. Will they succeed?

2.30 pm 'A Meerkat's Holiday'
(Suitable for children 5-11 years)
Sunny the Meerkat fancies a holiday. Where will Sunny go? And will he like it when he gets there? Come and find out more about Sunny's adventures.

3.00pm 'The Monkey and the Crocodile'
(Suitable for children 5-11years)
Monkey is a wonderful fellow. He chatters and jokes with his friends and is always willing to share... that is until he meets a cunning crocodile. Will monkey realise what’s happening before it’s too late? Come along and find out!

After each story there will be the opportunity for children to do some drawing and colouring of different African animals.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Story telling will be held in the education centre and is subject to capacity. The sessions are FREE to attend for visitors who have paid to enter the park and annual pass holders.
