You can now enjoy a wide variety of delicious hot meals, all freshly prepared with only the finest local ingredients in our new large café.
What better way to start the day than by enjoying a morning cup of coffee and light breakfast. After a morning exploring the Park, café graze is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious hot lunch or why not re-charge those batteries before heading home with an afternoon tea.
Whether you choose to eat inside or out on the veranda, the view from café graze is simply stunning. In time you will be able to watch various African plains species, including zebra, ostrich and giraffe as they spend their days exploring the Valley field (an area of the Park not used before) and drinking from a new lake.
Simon Cox, Marwell’s Commercial Operations Director, has been closely involved with creating a diverse menu and choosing hot meals that are delicious and healthy, and which also support local food producers: “By using ingredients that are locally sourced as much as possible we aim to provide meals of the highest quality. In some cases some of the food will have been picked the same day that we serve it, and you can’t get much fresher than that.”
