Television filming and photographic shoots

Fees where no staff assistance is required:

Full day: £750.00
Half day: £375.00
Hourly rate: £90.00

A full day is 8am until 6pm (10 hours) and half day is 8am until 1pm or 1pm until 6pm (total for each is 5 hours).

Every hour or part hour thereafter: £90.00

Fees with staff assistance:

Hourly rate: £60.00 (in addition to normal filming rates)

Animal staff working days are from 8am until 4pm in the winter and 8am until 6pm in the summer. Any filming before or after these times is classed as anti-social hours and an extra £80.00 per hour or part hour thereafter will be charged. Office staff working hours are 9am until 5pm. Advanced notice must be given for filming during these hours and must be with the agreement of the member of staff involved.

Television and Radio interviews

No charge will be made if it is of benefit to the park (or news related). If the interview is not of any relevance to the park or part of a series then a charge of £80.00 per hour will be made. 

If the staff member is working away from the park then all their expenses must be covered.

Slides and photographic material

This covers any photographic material, whether photographs or slides. When the material is borrowed for the client’s own commercial or other use, there will be a minimum charge of £300.00 per slide or photograph. The period of time the material is borrowed must be agreed before it leaves the premises.

Special event photography

This covers events such as weddings. Whether it be film or photography a minimum charge of £90.00 will be made. This figure is dependent on several aspects i.e. number in the party, location and keeper involvement.

Feature films

Fee to be negotiated.
