On Monday 7th February 2011 at 11:43am and in 70 cm of snow Steve Court made it to the summit of Mt Toubkal, the highest mountain in North Africa.  Steve climbed Mt Toubkal as part of his cold weather training for his overall goal, to climb Mt Aconcagua in 2013 to raise £20,000 for Marwell Wildlife.  Mt Aconcagua is the tallest mountain in the world outside of the Himalayas and will require 21 days to climb.

Steve has been an Annual Member since he was a child and has always been a keen fundraiser for Marwell Wildlife, starting when he was just 15 years old; he took part in a 100 mile walk where he raised £1200 for the sand cat enclosure from sponsorships.
