Assistant Conference & Functions Operations Manager
We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Conference & Functions Operations Manager on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. This role is a key contact for our conference and functions guests; assisting in managing all enquiries and administration, through to the operational management of the event.
The successful candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience in a customer service role ideally within events or hospitality.
Applicants must have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, and be able to organise and prioritise their work to meet agreed deadlines.

Receptionist (part time)
We are currently looking to recruit a part time Receptionist on a permanent basis, working 8 hours per week (9am – 1pm Saturday and Sunday).
The successful candidate will ideally have previous customer service experience. The role will be responsible for assisting guests with their telephone enquiries, including providing accurate information about Marwell Wildlife. Reception is also responsible for meeting any VIP’s providing them with a warm welcome to the park.
Applicants must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner, and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office.

Membership Officer
We are currently looking to recruit a customer facing Membership Officer on a permanent basis, working 35 hours per week. This role is a key contact for our annual members; responding to enquiries, processing applications and using Raisers Edge and our membership database.
The successful candidate will have customer service experience and will have previously worked in a data entry role. Experience of working in a membership team, using Raisers Edge and processing direct debits is advantageous but not essential.
Applicants must have strong attention to detail, be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills and be able to organise and prioritise their work to meet agreed deadlines.

Casual Staff required – membership office
We are looking for enthusiastic people to work with us on a casual basis in the membership department. You will be based in the membership cabin just inside the entrance gates; selling membership, upgrading day ticket holders and fulfilling membership applications. We need someone to help support the membership team during our busy periods over weekends and school holidays.
Previous cash handling, till operation and customer service experience is preferred but a willingness to learn and help us provide quality service is more important.
