Retail & Admissions Supervisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail & Admissions Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis, working 30 hours per week over 4 days (to include a minimum of 1 weekend day per week and bank holidays).
The successful candidate will supervise the day to day running of the Retail and Admissions outlets within the park, ensuring a prompt and efficient service to our guests and maintaining high standards of visual merchandise. This role will also include a focus on the administrative tasks within the Retail & Admissions Team, in particular providing support to the Stock Clerk with all aspects of stock control.
Applicants must have previous experience within retail and guest services and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to lead a team. Due to the administrative duties within this role excellent attention to detail and previous data entry experience is also essential.
Due to the need to drive park vehicles, candidates must hold a full driving license, valid for the UK.
