Marwell Wildlife is a registered charity dedicated to the conservation of biodiversity and other natural resources. We employ a talented team who are passionate about conservation, education, research, welfare and sustainability. From ring-tailed coatis to majestic giraffes, endangered tigers to frilled lizards, curious meerkats to pygmy hippos – our 140-acre park is home to an incredible range of exotic and endangered species, in beautiful, landscaped surroundings.

MAINTENANCE WORKS MANAGER

Marwell HallAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Works Manager to join our team. Working 40 hours per week (to include some weekends and on call) you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Facilities in providing Marwell Wildlife with facilities of excellent condition and operational performance, through the organisation and management of maintenance and repair activities.

With your passion for developing staff and focus on continual improvement you will ensure that the Maintenance Team provide an exceptional standard of service to our internal clients. You will use your knowledge of the major building trades to set high professional standards for the work carried out across the park, checking and signing off on completed works.

You will have excellent organisational, planning, problem solving, communication and record keeping skills and proven experience of people management. Due to the need to drive company vehicles, a full driving licence valid for the UK is essential.

Casual Christmas Elves

Do you love Christmas? Are you full of Christmas cheer? If so you could be perfect for our Christmas Elves Team. 

Elf at MarwellThe Events Team at Marwell is looking for candidates to take on the role of Christmas Elves at our award winning Christmas Event. The Christmas Elves have a very important role supporting Santa and acting as the first point of call for all our visitors. The successful applicants must be enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming, helping to ensure that all our guests have a magical Christmas experience.

You must be available from the 23rd November until the 24th December to help us bring our Christmas Event to life.
