Marwell offers the following facilities to all guests.
Wheelchairs
Manual wheel chairs are available to hire from our entrance gate free of charge. There is limited availability during busy times so please pre-book before your arrival by calling 01962 777946.
baby changing facilities
Baby changing facilities are available at our toilets opposite Tropical World, Encounter Village and at the toilets by the Lions Den Kiosk (at the top of the hill adjacent to the Ark Gift Shop). See a map of the park.
First Aid
Marwell has a team of first responders available during opening hours and a dedicated first aid kiosk located adjacent to The Ark Gift Shop. If you require assistance at any time on your visit please contact a member of staff.
Information Kiosk
The Information Kiosk is located just inside of the main entrance of the park and provides the following guest services:
Marwell Child Finder
Pick up a free wrist band for your child and enter your mobile phone number so we can contact you in case of an emergency.
Lost Property
Misplaced your property? It may have already been handed in and bought to the Information kiosk. Alternatively call 01962 777407 after your visit and we will check our logs.
Disabled Access
Guests who are registered disabled, please visit the information kiosk to see how we can maximize your visit.
