Terms and Conditions of Group Visits
- Group rate is only available for pre-booked and pre-paid guests, we are unable to offer these special rates at the gate if you turn up on the day without booking and paying in advance.
- Discounted entry for groups of 12 people or more paying at group rate
- Free entry for one essential carer with registered disabled visitors. For group bookings please indicate on the booking form the total number of carers within the group. As further discounts do not apply we are flexible on the numbers making up a disabled group..
- We operate a no refund policy for pre-paid groups who arrive with fewer visitors than they have paid for.
- Pre-booked and pre-paid groups can pay at the gate for any additional guests at group rate which were not covered in the initial pre-payment (e.g. you have paid the minimum group rate of 12 people and received your free organiser ticket(s).
- All groups must advise date of visit and expected time of arrival when booking.
- All groups must provide a contact name and mobile number for the day of visit (this is for emergency purposes only).
- Groups paying in advance by cheque, must allow 14 working days for processing and postage prior to the visit date.
- Credit/Debit card payments can be taken by phone in advance, please allow 7 working days for processing and postage.
- Pre-paid groups with tickets use the fast-track gate when in operation (may be closed at off-peak times).
- Park rules apply for all group visits, these must be read and adhered to.
- Marwell Wildlife reserves the right to make any changes to Terms and Conditions.
