SPRINT LIKE A CHEETAH OR BE SLOW AS A SNAIL IN MARWELL'S 10K ROAD RACE
We will be hosting a stampede with a difference when the annual Marwell 10k Road Race and Children’s Fun Run takes place in the park on Sunday 22nd March.
Runners will gather in front of the rhinos, complete a lap of the park whilst the zebras look on, and then take in the surrounding Hampshire country lanes before re-entering the park for the final sprint to Marwell Hall.
Children can also join in the fun in the specially created Fun Run. After warming up whilst the tigers look on, children will run past the Siamang gibbons and bat eared foxes before making the dash to Marwell Hall for the finish. The Children’s Fun Run is open to 5 -11 year olds and starts at 10.00am.
10Km and Fun Run Race fee includes runner's entry for the day! (competitor’s race number is the pass into the park). We are also offering discounted entry to all supporters up until the start time (10.30am) of the 10km Road Race.
