Go wild and give a unique gift this Christmas
An animal adoption makes a unique and alternative gift this Christmas. Adopting an animal at Marwell is sure to make loved ones happy – especially when they know that the gift means so much to us and our conservation work.
The money raised through an animal adoption makes a valuable contribution to the care of our animals – from food and veterinary care to general maintenance of enclosures and animal living quarters.
From giraffes and meerkats, to rhinos and tigers, there’s all sorts of fascinating animals just waiting to be adopted – there’s something for everyone!
The adult adoption package costs from just £50.
Adoption pack includes:
- The adoption of the chosen animal for a year
- Adopter’s name on a plaque in the park
- An adoption certificate
- A great photo of the chosen animal
- A Christmas card
- A free ticket to Marwell
- Marwell’s magazine
- Gift arrives in a special presentation folder
The person buying the gift will not be left out. As well as knowing that your money is going to a worthy cause, we will give you a special money-off voucher for a visit to the park as a gesture of our thanks.
Because Marwell is a charity, all profits go to the care of the animals and to conservation work. Looking after our collection of animals is very expensive, staff costs, feed, bedding, veterinary costs, animal housing, maintenance etc - in the region of £8,000 a day. The support given by an animal releases funds for our many projects both at Marwell and overseas.
