Winter at Marwell

2nd - 24th December 2020

Father Christmas and his elves are sadly unable to visit Marwell this year but that hasn’t stopped us from lighting up the front of Grade 1 listed Marwell Hall as we do every year for you to enjoy.

Capture the perfect family photo as a lasting memory of the day beside an enchanting princess carriage filled with firefly fairy lights, Santa’s sleigh with flying reindeers or our magical display of Christmas trees.

We’d love to see your family Christmas Card selfies! Dress in your finest festive costumes and jumpers and take a selfie fit for a Christmas card around the zoo to be in with a chance of winning a £100 John Lewis hamper.

For a festive twist to our toy brick adventure SUPERSIZED!, we’ve shrunk 10 tiny brick reindeers around the trail for a festive hide and seek! Can you find them all?

We’ll be spreading some cheer on our social media channels too with our 12 Days of Christmas, giveaways and more so make sure you follow us and share snaps of your cosy winter days out.

Don’t forget to download and print out your letters to Father Christmas before your visit to post in our giant post box at the zoo.

We are a conservation charity so simply by visiting you’ll be giving something back this Christmas and directly helping our amazing projects to conserve habitats and species in the UK and around the world.

When you book, please choose to make a ten percent donation and tick the Gift Aid box as this means we are able to reclaim tax from the Government on the full ticket price– that’s an extra 25 per cent to help us secure the future of wildlife for generations to come at no extra cost to you. Without your support, we cannot claim back any tax at all.
