The Bluestar Z00 bus arrives at Marwell Zoo

Marwell Wildlife is thrilled to be making the zoo more accessible, more sustainable and more affordable with £11 zoo tickets for guests travelling by bus.

Embark on a wild adventure and leave the car at home and you’ll be able to purchase a reduced zoo ticket for just £11!

This offer applies to guests arriving via the Bluestar Z00 and Stagecoach 69 services and £11 tickets include a donation that helps us care for the zoo animals you love and continue our conservation projects around the world.

The Bluestar Z00 service starts at Eastleigh Bus Station and stops at Eastleigh Rail Station and New Clock Inn in Fair Oak before arriving at the zoo.

On Sundays and bank holiday Mondays the Stagecoach 69 service starts at Winchester Bus Station and travels through St Cross, Twyford crossroads and Colden Common to Marwell Zoo’s entrance then on to Bishops Waltham Square.

If reduced tickets are not enough to tempt you in for a visit, this year the route is included in the Government funded National Bus Fare Cap Scheme meaning a single trip to the zoo will cost just £2.

We hope the scheme will mean people who find getting to the zoo tricky will be able to pay us a visit during the warmer months, safe in the knowledge that they’re helping the environment and endangered species.

The bus runs hourly on weekends, school holidays and bank holidays until Sunday 1 September 2024.

Group bus tickets are also available for up to 5 people for £15 return!

To purchase your discounted zoo admission ticket, simply show your physical bus ticket at the gate and you’ll receive a special reduced rate – £11 with donation or £10 without donation.  These tickets cannot be upgraded to membership.

This means a family trip to and from Marwell Zoo plus admission tickets for 2 adults and 3 children will cost you no more than £75! Perfect for the Summer break.
