Poster Presentations

We welcome posters on all subjects related to zoo animal nutrition and are keen to hear about different experiences and findings on a variety of animals and nutrition related topics. To enter a poster, please send the title, authors and a short abstract (max. 250 words) to Jackie Moody at The poster can be brought in at the start of the seminar, or alternative arrangements can be made if so required.

Please gather at the indicated area by the roundabout near the main gate where you will be picked up by a road train. This road train will start its first run from approximately 30 minutes prior to the official start of the seminar.

We will be hosting an informal icebreaker on the evening of Wednesday 24 January. Come and join us over at the bar in the Marwell Hotel to meet your fellow delegates and relax after your journey. We hope to see you there.

The conference dinner is due to take place on Thursday 25 January at the Marwell Hotel and provides a great opportunity to talk, network and discuss topics over dinner with other delegates and the speakers. The meal will be sustainability themed! To take part please add this option to your registration. If you have already booked the conference but not yet decided on the dinner this can be added later, pending availability.


Marwell Hotel is located right next to Marwell Wildlife and is highly recommended for those delegates planning on staying for the duration of the conference. The hotel has kindly agreed to offer delegates a discounted rate on accommodation during this period (nights of the 24 & 25 January).
