School lunches
Pre-order a cold lunch box service, bring your own picnic lunches, or purchase food on site for your school visit.
The staff at our catering outlets are happy to welcome school groups wishing to purchase hot and cold meals, drinks, snacks, and ice creams during your visit. However, we only accept card on-site; sorry we do not accept cash or cheque payments.

Pre-ordered lunch boxes and ice lolly service
We are pleased to offer a pre-ordered, cold lunch box service, which can be collected from Café Graze on the day of your visit.
In addition to this, we also offer a pre-ordered ice lolly service.
Both services can be paid for by card at the time of collection or you can choose to be invoiced (note, this is separate from your school booking invoice).

Pre-booked School Lunches
Rain or shine, picnic lunches are welcome
We offer a range of picnic areas (both under cover and outside), which are detailed on the Park Map.
There are two indoor lunch areas, located next to Wild Explorers and the hippo habitat, which school groups are free to use. These aren’t bookable, but are available on a first come first served basis.
If the sun shines, there are plenty of picnic benches and lawns to enjoy. The large cedar tree behind Marwell Hall is a popular location.
Unfortunately picnic lunches cannot be consumed in Cafe Graze.
We encourage you to bring your own water bottles to Marwell Zoo
We have a variety of water filling points that are marked on the Park Map.
Please note that the water filling points close over winter. During this time, they can be refilled from Café Graze.
