We offer opportunities to home educators for self-guided park visits.

Home education rates are only available Monday to Friday, through Hampshire school term times. You can view the term dates here. To qualify for Home Educator rates you must home school children over the age of 3; if they are under 3 you will need to book standard entry.

Bookings must be created and paid for online; we can no longer process non-booked home educator tickets at the gate or take bookings over the phone. If you arrive without a booking, you will need to pay standard entry rates.

Registered child minders can book via the Home Educator section of the booking form. Please be aware the gate may ask for proof of registration.

Home Educator Self-Guided Park Visit

Take advantage of our home educator rates for self-guided park visits which are also available to Ofsted registered child minders.

Tickets can be bought up to 14:00, on the day you wish to visit. Please be aware that last admission is 90 minutes before the zoo closes. You can check the zoo opening times for the day you wish to visit here.
