Ultrasound: Every Scan Counts

Help to replace our broken ultrasound machine so the veterinary team can continue providing fast, safe care for animals across the zoo

Our current machine has failed, and we’re relying on borrowed equipment. A new portable ultrasound would allow vets to examine animals where they are, reducing stress and helping avoid more invasive procedures.

Used across the zoo, from tiny reptiles to big cats, ultrasound provides vital information to diagnose illness, monitor pregnancies and investigate injuries – helping the team make timely, informed decisions for every animal in our care.

What your vote could achieve

  • Support veterinary care across the entire zoo
  • Bring diagnostic equipment directly to animals across the zoo
  • Diagnose illness and injury quickly, supporting the best possible clinical outcome
