Land train staff, real gentlemen

“This was my second visit to Marwell with my grandson, he’s 9mths old. He had a ball on the train & was so excited to listen to the other children enjoying the ride. I’ve brought an annual pass, as I wanted to spend some quality time with him. Feeling a bit exhausted today the land train was an ideal way to get round the park & the two gents running the train we’re my saviour, proper gents helping me get the buggy on & off the train, so helpful, top marks to them both, thank you. Just a suggestion could there be hands on areas in all major areas that babies & those with special needs, who spend most of their time in pushchairs/wheelchairs can feel eg texture, noise The tropical gardens upstairs is lovely but in a pushchair all they can see is dirty glass & the animals are so tiny & hidden he can’t see them. The giraffe house is great as the animals are easy for him to see, he also liked the fish in the lower floor of the Tropical House & enjoyed the penguins swimming under water. ”
