Keeper’s Kitchen is a relaxed, nature-inspired café located in the plaza at the entrance to Marwell Zoo.
Open Daily: 9am-5pm
Whether you’re heading into the zoo, meeting friends for coffee, finishing a countryside walk or stopping by with your dog, it’s a welcoming place to eat, drink and unwind.
Enjoy freshly brewed coffee, New Forest teas, locally sourced pastries and cakes, and fully loaded milkshakes, alongside a delicious range of breakfast dishes, soul bowls and classic favourite lunches.
We’re open daily, and no zoo ticket is needed – everyone’s welcome.

Breakfast & Brunch
From hearty breakfasts to warm Belgian waffles piled high with your favourite toppings, our brunch menu balances comforting classics with lighter options like yoghurt, granola and fresh seasonal fruit. Hot brunch dishes are served until 11.30am.
Lunch & All-Day Favourites
Stone-baked pizzas, toasted ciabattas, vibrant soul bowls and loaded jacket potatoes – perfect for refuelling after a walk or relaxing with friends. Check the blackboard for our daily specials. Our All-Day menu is served from 11:30am.
Milkshakes & Smoothies
Our fully loaded milkshakes are seriously indulgent and impossible to resist. Prefer something lighter? Try one of our refreshing blended fruit smoothies.
Pastries & Sweet Treats
From mouthwatering cakes and flaky pastries to irresistible Jude’s ice creams, our sweet treats are carefully sourced from local producers who share our values.
Dog Friendly
Keeper’s Kitchen welcomes dogs and your pooch can enjoy fresh water and treats on us when they visit. They can even indulge in a Puppuccino or Jude’s ice cream for dogs. When you visit, don’t forget to get involved in Keeper’s Kitchen Top Dog, our monthly competition – ask one of our team for details!
Please note: dogs are not permitted into the Gift Shop and only fully trained assistance dogs are permitted into Marwell Zoo.
