Boo at the zoo!

Dress up in your best Halloween fancy dress costume and take part in our spooky activities. Join our witch for some spook-tacular storytelling at 11am, 1.00pm and 3.00pm in the Haunted Hall, and get creative making your own magical wand – new for 2017! Meet our resident wizard to take part in his popular broomstick flying sessions before earning your Level 2 Broomstick licence. Plus, pop into our Pumpkin Patch in the Hall to carve your very own special pumpkin to take home (£3 fee applies). 

  • New for 2017: Head to Marwell Hall to design and create your very own magical wand to take home. 10.30am-4pm daily. (£1.00 charge applies you can pay by cash or card in the Hall) 
  • Visit the Pumpkin Patch in the Hall and take part in pumpkin carving open 10.30am - 4pm daily. (£3 fee applies)
  • Head to the Haunted Hall for spooky storytelling at 11am, 1.00pm and 3.00pm with the scary witch.
  • Our resident wizard is back by popular demand and will be hosting his broomstick flying lessons where children can earn their Level 2 licence. Find him throughout each day on the front lawn. Sessions last 20 minutes and are for a maximum of 20 guests first come first served to the flying arena.  Flying times are: 10.40am, 11.30am, 12.00pm, 1.30pm, 2.15pm 3.20pm and 3.45pm 
  • Face painting is available at the Gift Shop from 12:00 until 4pm daily (£3.99 fee applies)
