If you and your colleagues are interested in helping out at Marwell over the coming year, please get in touch with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Availability is limited, but we are hugely appreciative of all the offers of assistance that we get and, of course, all the hard graft that the teams put in!
Are you and your team looking for a fun day out where you can volunteer time to a charity while improving team dynamics and strengthening working relationships? If so, look no further than our Marwell Wildlife Corporate Volunteer Days.
Marwell Wildlife, as a charity, is about connecting people with nature and we're pleased to provide many opportunities for teams to volunteer and engage directly with nature here at our 140 acre park. Whether you're a corporate team or a community group, your time and effort will be invaluable to Marwell and, in return, we promise you a fun, educational day out in an inspiring and invigorating setting that is sure to boost team spirit.
Days will vary depending on what needs doing, so might range from wrapping Christmas presents in time for Santa's visit, to eliminating invasive or problematic plant species or planting new trees. Please don't hesitate to get in touch to find out what we have on offer at the moment. In the past, we have worked with teams ranging from large corporations to the public sector. Volunteers have helped us in all areas of the park with activities such as managing woodland, maintaining animal environments and helping to restore our Grade 1 listed building, Marwell Hall. There is no charge for one of our team volunteering days, however a donation to Marwell Wildlife is much appreciated, with most groups donating about £250 towards our conservation work.
During the course of the day, your team will be fully briefed on all aspects of the work, including any potential health and safety hazards. We will also give a brief talk on Marwell's work and will ensure that your group has plenty of time over lunch to enjoy the zoo.
If you are interested in booking one of our volunteer days, or have any questions or queries, please email us at email@example.com.
Partnerships with corporations and the local community are very important to us and we hope that your participation in one of our volunteer days will be the start of our partnership with you and your team.
