The new menu provides hearty and healthy options lovingly prepared by our experienced chefs.
Options include creamy coriander pork, roasted cod with lemon, garlic and parsley crust and seasonal vegetable gratin. There are also plenty of sides to keep you going like our herb diced potatoes and a variety of tasty summer salads.
Our kids choice menu has also been revamped with breaded chicken, battered cod, pork and leek sausages and tomato pasta bake.
We’ve also made some healthy changes to our kids boxes; white bread has been substituted for wholemeal, cake has been switched for fruit and no extra salt is added. We are also proud members of Hampshire Fare – even using produce grown in our own formal garden.
Wherever possible, we also avoid any ingredients that would conflict with our conservation work.
Palm oil plantations are a major cause of deforestation, which destroys habitats and adds to climate change so we only sell ice-cream which is free of palm oil, and other products that use sustainable palm oil. All our fish is accredited by the Marine Stewardship Council, our coffees and hot chocolate are Rainforest Alliance certified and our tea and sugar are Fair Trade.
