When can you visit?
Daytime Zoo visits are available every day from 20 November until 31 December 2026 (excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
Fire & Ice and Santa are available on peak dates: Friday – Sundays, Thursday 10 Dec & Thursday 17 Dec (Quiet Sessions), and school holidays (Mon 21 – Wed 30 December, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
Psst… Santa always sells out quickly, so book early to avoid disappointment!
Santa tickets can’t be purchased on their own. Please purchase as part of a bundle. Please note Santa is SOLD OUT on Sunday 6 December.

The best of day and night. Explore the zoo before experiencing Fire & Ice after dark, where lights glow, fires blaze and winter stories come to life.
Fire & Ice
4pm – 7.30pm (last entry 6pm)
As darkness falls, Fire & Ice transforms Marwell into an atmospheric festive evening filled with illuminations, interactive play, fire effects and seasonal entertainment.
