To celebrate the start of a shiny new year and to kickstart your New Year’s resolutions, we’re introducing a fantastic offer guaranteed to increase your step count and get you out and about in the fresh air.

If you buy a zoo ticket online and visit the zoo from 1 January until 23 February 2024, we’re gifting you 30 days free entry to the zoo – just show your original booking each time you return.

Offer starts on January 1 and is valid for all tickets bought until February 23, 2024. Those booking online for dates between 1 January and 23 February can use their original ticket to come back as many times as they like within 30 days.

This offer excludes February half term (10-18 February) but if you buy a ticket that includes these dates any lost time will be added to the end of your 30 day period. Tickets bought during half term will also get a free 30 day pass but won’t be able to use it until after 18 February.

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased. This offer does not apply to gift tickets, special tickets or advanced bookings of more than 50 tickets.

With so many ways to explore the zoo, this offer is a great way to give membership a trial run, explore the adventure play parks as well as see our amazing animals and get 2024 off to a healthy start.

Marwell zoo is home to hundreds of threatened and endangered animals including clouded leopards, meerkats, all three species of zebra, rhinos, tigers, a sloth and so much more!

Don’t forget if you can’t see an animal outside, many of our animal houses have public viewing areas too, keep an eye out for signs inviting you inside and take a peek inside whilst dodging the showers.

If your visit is cut short or you can’t make it round the whole park in one day, you have a whole month to come back and explore some more.

Those wishing to upgrade their ticket to Annual Membership can do so within 30 days of purchase. 

Every ticket purchased provides us with the funds needed to keep our resident animals, help communities overseas with ambitious conservation projects and even bring animals such as the scimitar-horned oryx back from the brink of extinction.

Terms and Conditions

• The free return visit is valid for 30 days only, following the original visit date. Show your original booking each time you visit. The ticket will automatically expire and not be valid after 30 days.
• Return visits must be used by 24 March 2024.
• Offer not valid 10-18 February 2024.
• The ‘valid from’ and ‘expiry’ date is clearly shown on the voucher.
• Free return visits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Guests are required to provide proof of their original booking reference / till receipt to redeem at the time of the free return visit(s).
• The lead guest will be required to provide photo ID in order to claim free return visits.
• Only original vouchers will be accepted, no photocopies.
• This offer is for a limited period only and is subject to availability. 30 day FREE return tickets can be purchased between 1 January and 23 February 2024.
• Marwell Wildlife reserve the right to remove this offer at any time.
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
